Deliveries are handled by trusted couriers, including Fastway Couriers and PostNet, to ensure secure and timely delivery within South Africa only

Orders are typically dispatched at least once a week, with efforts to ship more frequently. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout to avoid any delays or issues.

Orders will be shipped only after full payment is received. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment via the courier's website. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or issues once the parcel is in the hands of the courier.

If you prefer to arrange your own delivery, we offer a free in-store pick-up option. You may then choose your own courier at your expense.

Returns and Issues

 

We aim to fulfill all orders accurately. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a description of the issue, and we will work swiftly to resolve it.
